Concerning your question 316Ti is not an ASME Specification it is a type. To meet the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code it would have to be identified with an SA designation (SA.240 316Ti Plate, or SA-312 Tp 316Ti Tube).

To idetify both materials on one MTR (3.1) is not a problem, but the material is also required to be marked in accordance with the requirements of the Specification as shown in Section II Part A of the ASME Code.
